Warranty, Company Terms and Policies

www.OnlineSpeedShop.com distributes performance automotive products for numerous industry manufacturers, all of which publish unique warranties and all of which are specific to their own products and services. Products sold under a specific manufacturers name will be warranted accordingly.

Products that are sold without a specific manufacturers name will be subject to one of the following warranties.

• Online Lifetime Limited Warranty – Products that carry this warranty will be warranted for life of the product to the original purchaser.  The original purchaser will be required to have the original invoice. Returns will be freight prepaid.

• Four Year Limited Warranty – Same terms as our Online Lifetime Limited Warranty, with the exception that the warranty duration lasts for a total of four years.

• If there is no mention of warranty, then the implied warranty is 30 days from date of invoice.

• All returns will require an ‘RGR’ authorization number prior to shipping. This ‘RGR’ number can be issued by customer service. Call (877) 609-5101. Make sure you have your invoice before calling, you will be asked for that invoice number.

• Unless otherwise specified, all outbound shipments will be shipped freight prepaid.

• Payment terms are: Visa or Master Card through Pay Pal or check. Allow an extra 2 weeks for shipment of personal check orders. Mail checks to:
